The guest laundry room is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are several locations on property to make it accessible for all guests.How big are your in-room refrigerators?
Our family suites each have a full-size refrigerator, while each standard room comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator.What is the resort fee?
A resort fee of $15 USD + tax per night is not included in your rate. The Resort Fee includes scheduled bus transportation to the hub of Walt Disney World offering connections to all major Disney Theme Parks. Additionally the resort fee provides for waterpark features, unlimited local phone calls and Resort parking.Does the hotel provide transportation?
We offer scheduled transportation to the hub of the Walt Disney World® Resort is included in the Resort Fee. Scheduled transportation hours vary based on the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks operating hours. Yes, the Resort has pleanty of parking for Resort guests, most just steps from your room.Do the pools and slides close for inclement weather?
In order to continue our commitment to your family’s safety while visiting the resort, it is our policy to close certain waterpark and pool areas during inclement weather. When the outside temperature is below 50 degrees, all slides and wet interactive areas are closed. The pool areas are closed when lightning is in the area and reopened as soon as weather permits.Are there minimum height requirements to use the slides?
Yes. The minimum height requirement to use waterslides is 44".Is there a policy regarding swim pants?
Yes. All children under 4 years of age must wear protective swim pants while in our waterpark and pools. Please do your part in ensuring that the waterpark and pool remains open and safe for everyone to enjoy. Our goal is to provide a fun and safe atmosphere for everyone at our resort.Is there a whirlpool?
Yes the whirlpool is located in the waterpark. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the whirlpool due to health and safety risks.Should I bring towels?
The Resort provides towels in the pool and waterpark areas. There's no need to bring towels from your room.Can non-hotel guests use the waterpark and pools?
We offer day passes for individuals not staying at the Resort. Invitees of hotel guests will be required to pay for admission to the waterpark when visiting..Can I bring a cooler or tote bag with food into the pool area?
We are unable to allow coolers or carry-in food into the pool area for safety and health code reasons. However, Mindy O's Melting Pot Bar and Grill is conveniently located within our pool areas and offers a variety of food and beverage items.What is the age requirement for children to be in the pool area by themselves?
We do recommend that all children are accompanied by a parent or guardian. However, children who are 12 years of age or older may be in the pool areas by themselves.Are there shaded areas around the pool? Many tables have umbrellas but nothing beats the shade offered by one of our rental cabanas. Please ask at the towel hut for cabana rental pricing
Does the Resort offer Highspeed Internet? Yes, we are proud to provide resort-wide wireless internet coverage.

I have a larger family. Do you offer rooms that can accommodate 6 people? Yes, the Clarion Resort & Waterpark offers Family Suites. Family Suites are availanle in King Bedded, and Queen bedded varities. King Family Suites sleep a maximum of 6, yet still affording a private bedroom with King bed for the parents. Queen Family Suites sleep up to 8.
What is the water temp? The water is held at an average of 82 degrees. The water is heated, but with the Florida heat, artificial heating is not required during the summer months to maintain the consistent 82 degrees. If you have more questions, please contact the hotel and ask for the waterpark.
